Saturday was my third time going to the Metairie location. The service was amazingly fast. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the ladies that helped my husband and I, but they were professional, fun, fast and very personable. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The employees processed my license renewal in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this establishment if you have had underwhelming previous experiences at a DMV

My sister told me to go to some other "title service", but I told her I couldn't stand their strict Covid-19 policies and when the nice lady to sit in the lobby and I was talking to the Department of Motor Vehicles. I didn't like it when the lady was all masked up like I was some type of worthless and infected person. The other locations are about the same, but when this employee told me to use my phone in the lobby, and then proceeded to "go above and beyond" by asking me to leave/ I felt either they are very fearful of the virus and were treating everyone with this special feel. I was not scared or fearful with all the plastic dividers, plus they have a special portable HEPA filter to show how to say "we are concerned","we are concerned about your health. I took it the wrong way, and felt like they were hostile toward me when all I tried to do is use their services, it did not feel like the notary was feeling reciprocal. I just wanted to be out of there, in this day and age with everyone sitting on the sensitivity button waiting to be offended, someone with less patience could easily become hostile and run to their vehicle and practice manic justice. I'm worried about my safety if they may be tossing some other person that might not be so level headed and walk away calmly.
